Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Drink Hi! People website (drinkhipeople.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or purchase our products.

Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to access this website, create an account, and purchase products from Drink Hi! People. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. All orders are subject to age verification through our third-party verification provider. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse service to anyone who cannot verify they meet the minimum age requirement.

Products

Our products are hemp-derived THC beverages that comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight. Our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not operate vehicles, machinery, or equipment after consuming our products. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before consuming.

Geographic Restrictions

Our products are only available for purchase and delivery in select U.S. states where the sale and shipment of hemp-derived THC beverages is permitted by law. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws of your state and locality regarding hemp-derived THC products. By placing an order, you confirm that the purchase and possession of hemp-derived THC beverages is legal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel orders shipped to states where our products are restricted or prohibited.

Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and age verification. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or inability to verify age. Payment is processed by Bankful, our third-party payment provider.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped via UPS and require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. By placing an order, you agree to have a person 21 years of age or older available to sign for the package. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details on shipping rates, delivery times, and restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product designs, is the property of Drink Hi! People and Hi! People and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drink Hi! People shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. You assume all risks associated with the consumption of hemp-derived THC products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drink Hi! People, Hi! People, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our website, purchase of our products, or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
