Age Requirement

All orders require age verification. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from Drink Hi! People. Orders are verified through our third-party age verification provider. Orders that cannot be age-verified will not be shipped and will be refunded.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to select U.S. states where the sale and delivery of hemp-derived THC beverages is permitted by law. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories. If your state is not available at checkout, it means we are unable to ship to your location at this time due to state regulations.

Carrier and Delivery

All orders are shipped via UPS. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days depending on your location. Orders placed Monday through Wednesday are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday may not ship until the following Monday.

Adult Signature Required

All shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. A person 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for and accept the package. UPS will make up to three delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered after three attempts, it will be returned to us. Customers are responsible for being available to receive their shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. The rate shown at checkout reflects the actual carrier cost plus a small handling fee to cover packaging materials.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your package at ups.com or through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@drinkhipeople.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services. A valid residential or commercial street address is required. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe is being shipped to a restricted state or an address intended to circumvent our geographic restrictions.
