RETURN & REFUND POLICY

General Policy

Due to the nature of our products (consumable hemp-derived THC beverages), all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns of opened, partially consumed, or temperature-compromised products for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@drinkhipeople.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product or an incomplete order, contact us at support@drinkhipeople.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will correct the order by shipping the correct items at no additional charge.

Failed Age Verification

If your order cannot be completed because age verification was not satisfied, your payment will be refunded in full. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because no one was available to provide an adult signature after three UPS delivery attempts, or because an incorrect address was provided, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A reshipment fee equal to the original shipping cost will apply.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipment. To request a cancellation, email support@drinkhipeople.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.
